This 500-year-old hot spring town is situated right in front of the Sea of Japan. It is also home of a nationally well-known folk song “Kaigarabushi”. In summer, you’ll be able to see fishing lights over the horizon at night, called “Isaribi”.

Home to a beautiful white sand beach and a view of the sea, this hot spring was once introduced by Lafcadio Hearn as “beautiful, rustic, and welcoming”.
